Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your dress. If it is not right, we accept returns under these conditions:

• You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
• Items must be returned exactly as you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and the dress intact.
• To start a return, email us at albahilalop@hotmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. To avoid surprises, please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — sizes can vary by style.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: dresses bought on sale or at a special price cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your dress arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return shipping for our mistake.

We are a small business and we read every message personally. If something is wrong, write to us first and we will fix it.
